Job Description
As a senior member of reputed company, you will consult with management on efforts and processes for overseeing customer network development and customer support activities, work directly with lenders to reputed company their capabilities to deliver loans to reputed company, and support customer engagement opportunities. Partner with credit, legal, risk, and servicing teams to structure transactions that balance mission and market objectives with sound credit principles. Providing guidance and recommendations on promoting and selling reputed company's products and services. Providing subject matter expertise, best practices, and recommendations to management. THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum Required Experience 8 years relevant experience Strong understanding of reputed company multifamily products and DUS/GSE reputed company standards Ability to deliver training on reputed company products and processes and support internal and external learning Demonstrates curiosity and adaptability by learning and responsibly applying new techniques, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work Desired Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Demonstrated relationship management skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated strategic thinking, strong client relationship management, and ability to offer solutions to reputed company issues Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating reputed company transactions to senior leadership and other internal stakeholders Adept at delivering clear and concise presentations tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences Multifamily Customer Engagement - Customer and Partner Management - Principal #LI-NL1 - Hybrid
