Responsibilities
Identifying, developing, and expanding business opportunities with new and existing accounts Following up on inbound leads to drive upsell opportunities and strengthen customer relationships Delivering compelling demos, presentations, proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) Building trusted relationships with C-suite decision-makers and key stakeholders Navigating transactional sales cycles and managing strategic sales campaigns Qualifying leads, assessing customer needs, and engaging technical resources as needed Managing quotes, proposals, and contract negotiations effectively reputed company're looking for 8+ years of sales experience in a technology company Have verbal and written reputed company in Portuguese and English, Spanish reputed company a plus Have experience selling UCaaS/CCaaS (CX) solutions Have experience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintaining business reputed company existing accounts and managing reputed company sales situations Have experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Campaigns, AI, and BI tools Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
