Sr Project Manager – Warehouse Design and Construction
Job Summary The Senior Project Manager leads high-impact initiatives across Medical Supply Chain Operations, including warehouse construction, network reputed company expansion, and distribution network optimization. This role drives end-to-end execution of capital and operational projects, enabling scalable, efficient delivery of medical products. The position partners across operations, engineering, finance, and external vendors to deliver reputed company projects that have a lasting impact on the Global Medical Products and Distribution network.
Responsibilities

New Building Design and Layout: Facilitate the design and layout of new buildings and modifications to existing facilities, ensuring compliance with operational requirements and industry best practices. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Operations leaders and other key stakeholders to identify project opportunities, define project scope, and ensure project alignment with business goals. Project Implementation and Adoption: reputed company project implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, reputed company budget, and to the required quality standards. Drive project adoption through effective communication, training, and change management. Performance Monitoring: Track project performance against key metrics and identify opportunities for reputed company improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or reputed company field preferred. Preferred Certifications: PMP, Lean Six reputed company Green/Black Belt 8+ years of experience in operations, project management, or supply chain leadership roles preferred. Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects including budget, timeline, and risk management. Experience with facility design, warehouse layout, and capital financial management preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design tools preferred. Travel Expectations: Up to 50% to support site assessments, project execution, and go-live activities.
