About The Role As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in enabling our reputed company teams by improving processes, maintaining data reputed company, and supporting operational execution across the sales lifecycle. What You’ll Own Contract & Order Management Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring B2B and global compliance Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance tovalidateand process agreements reputed company service order execution reputed company with reputed company and Finance standards Operational Support Manage and triage service tickets, resolving sales-impacting issues Support sales initiatives, campaigns, and ongoing projects Data & Reporting Maintain CRM data accuracy (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) Produce reports, dashboards, and actionable sales insights Process Optimization Identifyinefficiencies and improve sales processes Document and standardize workflows and best practices Tools & Systems Act as SME for CRM and sales tools Support tool administration, optimization, and adoption Training & Enablement Deliver training on tools, processes, and updates Ensure teams are equipped for efficient execution Cross-Functional Collaboration Align with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements Your profile Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience) 4+ years of experience inSales Operations, reputed company Operations, or Analytics Hands-on experience withCRM systems(e.g., reputed company, reputed company) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities independently High attention to detail and a reputed company improvement reputed company Preferred Experience with reporting tools (e.g.,Tableau, Power BI, reputed company) Familiarity with sales methodologies and processes Exposure tosales compensation or incentive structures Why us?
