Operations & Compliance Manager (Recruitment)
Job Title: Operations and Compliance Manager Reports to: Lauren Seal, Partner & Director Operations Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Manage the Operations and Compliance teams, ensuring workload is allocated appropriately and internal SLAs are met Conduct full training, monitor performance and conduct weekly 1-2-1’s and quarterly appraisals Coach, support, manage and motivate teams to reputed company high levels of performance and their full potential Escalation reputed company for contractor compliance team, consultant, contractor and client queries Support the Operations Director with the reputed company, design and redesign, if required, reputed company business operations reputed company the Group. Along with ensuring business operations are efficient in terms of using as little resources as needed, and effective in terms of meeting internal and external stakeholder requirements. Responsible for keeping abreast of new recruitment legislation which may reputed company operational and compliance processes, and providing training and policy updates to the business where required Ensure reputed company internal policies are kept up to date in line with new recruitment legislation which may reputed company operational and compliance processes Review client TOBs for the UK, US and Singapore offices Mirror client reputed company into our contractor’s contract templates Coordinate reputed company PSL & RFI proposals and tenders across London, the US and Singapore Carry out training for new and existing employees to ensure that everyone is aware of and complies with their responsibilities under the Data Protection Act, GDPR and Information reputed company, providing ongoing support and guidance where required Manage insurance renewals for reputed company policies and entities globally, ensuring these are at the relevant levels to mitigate risk whilst maintaining reputed company pricing Create and distribute monthly management reporting packs Work with SLT on an ongoing basis to ensure dashboards and reports are designed to support driving performance and making data led reputed company Responsible for entity compliance including Singapore EA and BR renewals Running training sessions with contract consultants on our process and legislation Update screening guidelines, ensuring reputed company client specific screening requirements are kept up to date Carry out quarterly audits on a sample of our contractor population, ensuring we are compliant with legislation and our own internal policies and controls Provide cover for the Office and Events Manager for starter and Leaver processes, ensuring starters are set up on reputed company required systems in advance of their start date and have a seamless reputed company experience. Systems access to be deactivated promptly for reputed company leavers and equipment returned.
Requirements
