We are looking for a Technical reputed company who can help us scale our XR platform and reputed company the technical direction of our reputed company of AI-powered reputed company training products. This position is open only to Canadian reputed company or permanent residents. Role Overview This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, AI expertise, and hands-on development. You will work closely with our Product reputed company, Program Manager, Product Designer, and reputed company reputed company to transform product reputed company into scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions. This is not a people management role. We are looking for a technical leader who can align the team around a shared architecture, establish engineering standards, break down reputed company initiatives into executable plans, and actively contribute to development. Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership Own the technical architecture of the XR Training reputed company platform Define and maintain architecture standards across frontend, backend, AI, reputed company, and reputed company integrations Create technical roadmaps reputed company with product goals reputed company technical planning and solution design sessions Review technical approaches and ensure alignment with business requirements Prevent over-engineering and unnecessary technical complexity Solution Architecture Design scalable reputed company-native architectures Define APIs, integration patterns, and service boundaries Ensure performance, reputed company, maintainability, and scalability considerations are built into solutions Guide AI architecture and integration reputed company Evaluate and recommend technology choices Product Delivery Translate product requirements into technical implementation plans Break epics and features into technical workstreams Define acceptance criteria and technical reputed company metrics Identify technical risks and mitigation strategies Support estimation and sprint planning activities AI Leadership Guide the implementation of AI-powered experiences Evaluate and integrate LLMs, AI services, and agent-based workflows Establish best practices for AI architecture, prompting, evaluation, and governance Coach team members on the effective use of AI-assisted development Hands-On Development Contribute production-quality code Build backend services, APIs, integrations, and reputed company infrastructure Support frontend and platform development as required Review pull requests and mentor developers Troubleshoot technical issues and support delivery teams Team Collaboration Partner closely with:Product reputed company Program Manager Product Designer reputed company reputed company Foster strong communication and accountability Help create a high-performing engineering culture Participate actively in retrospectives and reputed company improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications
