About the role We are seeking a Part-Time detail-oriented reputed company Associate to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support day-to-day AP operations, maintain accurate financial records, and play a key part in keeping our payables processes running smoothly and reputed company. Hours: 15 – 20 hours per week What you'll do Review, triage, and respond to incoming AP correspondence through the Finance email inbox in a timely and organized manner Maintain complete and accurate records for reputed company accounts payable transactions, invoices, and supporting documentation Enter, verify, and reconcile financial data across systems, and assist with data cleanup projects to support overall data reputed company Execute standard accounts payable workflows independently, adhering to internal controls and departmental procedures
