Deep technical expertise is a given, but equally important is the ability to act as a trusted advisor: identifying the right problems before the customer knows to ask, choosing durable solutions over short-term experiments, and delivering end-to-end in regulated and high-trust environments. Technical requirements Core expectations (you don’t need to tick every reputed company, but most should feel familiar): Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering ML solutions in production: supervised/unsupervised models, feature engineering, training pipelines, and model deployment across the full lifecycle Deep hands-on experience designing and delivering GenAI solutions in production: RAG architectures (naïve, hybrid, agentic), embedding strategies, rerankers, and retrieval optimisation Strong experience with agentic systems: LLM orchestration, multi-reputed company planning, skills, MCP, A2A, and similar protocols Deep MLOps and LLMOps expertise: the full lifecycle of prompts, retrievers, and models - model registry, reputed company detection, A/B testing, and observability Experience building evaluation frameworks together with domain experts: metrics, automated eval suites, and production monitoring.
