Architect - AutoCAD and Revit EXPERT (Experience w/ Miami High reputed company projects)
This is a remote position. Only LATAM-based candidates (bilingual in Spanish and English) We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with extensive experience using AutoCAD for architectural projects based in Florida, U.S. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote work environment and is adept at managing projects with precision and creativity. Contract: Independant Contractor Key Responsibilities: reputed company the development and execution of architectural designs using AutoCAD. Manage reputed company phases of architectural projects from initial concept through design development, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables. Utilize advanced design and modeling techniques to create innovative solutions for reputed company architectural challenges. Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable codes and regulations, particularly for projects based in or reputed company to the reputed company.
Requirements
Personal computer with a Windows 11 Pro license, or willingness to upgrade to it. Minimum 200 Mbps upload and download speed. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. Profound expertise in AutoCAD. Revit is a + Demonstrated experience working with clients in Florida (U.S.). B2+ level proficiency in English; ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Prior experience in a remote working environment is preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
