[Remote] AI & Creative Project Manager

The role involves managing client communications, overseeing project delivery, and optimizing workflows to enhance studio efficiency while maintaining high creative standards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI image/video projects - from reputed company to final delivery - across multiple clients and timelines
• reputed company client communication throughout: run production reputed company-ins, manage expectations, drive next steps, and ensure feedback is consolidated into clear, actionable direction
• Partner on early-stage alignment: support the brief intake and concept alignment phase by asking smart questions, challenging assumptions, and helping refine the scope into an executable plan
• Build the production reputed company for each project: timelines, milestones, review cycles, approval gates, versioning, and “definition of done” for every deliverable
• Run working sessions with Creative + Production to reputed company output flowing, remove blockers, and maintain reputed company during rapid iteration
• Create clean systems and documentation: briefs, alignment notes, review trackers, reputed company packages, delivery folders - everything organized, traceable, and client-reputed company
• Manage trust and compliance signals (without being heavy): ensure reputed company on what’s being produced, what’s being delivered, and what the client is approving - avoiding any “reputed company” feeling

Skills

• At least 6 years of project management experience in a creative agency, VFX studio, cinema production environment, 3D animation studio, or reputed company-first marketing agency

• Strong production instincts: you understand how creative work is made (including traditional photoshoots and image construction) and how to reputed company it moving without draining the team
