Responsibilities • reputed company the comprehensive project management of various meetings and events for our clients, from start to finish. • Manage project timelines and ensure reputed company details are accounted for. • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. • Assist in the sourcing, destination research, budgeting, and planning of events. • Negotiate and contract with local vendors, defining the scope of each meeting or event. • Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to confirmed budgets. • Coordinate transportation arrangements for participants. • Facilitate the creation of program-reputed company communication materials. • Serve as the reputed company representative on-site, managing operations and relationships with vendors and hotel staff. • Conduct post-event evaluations and ensure accurate data reconciliation. • Responsible for auditing and reconciliation of reputed company invoices. Qualifications • A minimum of 5 years' experience in planning corporate meetings and incentives. • Experience in dedicated client management, sourcing, and negotiating contract services. • Prior operations experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus. • A Certified Meetings Professional (CMP) certification is strongly preferred. • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.
