* This position works Monday - Friday, full-time (40 hours/week), with full benefits. The hours of this team are 8:00 am - 8:00 pm ET. A Day in the Life Provide service to customers reputed company telephone, chat and email regarding first-level Web Support, Fuel Card, Vehicle Ordering, Title & Registration/Licensing, Toll Management, Insurance Cards, and Remarketing inquiries. Handle calls in an efficient manner, minimizing driver/client time to resolve issues. Assess customer needs, clarify information, research any issue, and provide solutions and /or alternatives. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
