WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business-reputed company field preferred • Required Experience: 15+ years of progressive technical implementation, team leadership, ITSM, and customer relationship experience, or 19+ years in lieu of a degree. • Desired Technical Skills: Demonstrated Technical Knowledge and experience in Continual Service Improvement and IT Service Management.
