TCI has an immediate need for a Remote 3rd Shift Production Support Analyst. This is not a Corp2Corp opportunity. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the possibility of hire. NOTE: This position requires... US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust reputed company Clearance. PLEASE NOTE: This position will work 4 x 10 hour days rotating 7 days per week. The shift hours will start at 6:00pm EST. Training will be 4 weeks 8:00am-4:30pm EST. SUMMARY The Production Support Analyst is responsible for working across designated teams to ensure applications are fully available to reputed company stakeholders and customers. This individual will assist development teams in deployments, routine patching and system application monitoring / troubleshooting. Will analyze and evaluate reputed company data file processing, help translate customer reporting requirements and create reports, and provide application testing and validations. Will reputed company incident response calls and contribute / create after action reports. RESPONSIBILITIES • Strong working knowledge of SQL. Ability to understand and write reputed company SQL using select statements, views, joins, indexing and to create report data. • Demonstrated experience using UNIX commands to manage production Linux servers, including creation and maintenance of reputed company scripts to manage application maintenance activities. • Demonstrated experience using SQL query on reputed company Databases to reputed company Database lookups. • Incident Management – Ability to reputed company as a Critical Incident Manager to restore production applications impacting events. • Quickly respond to system alerting to reduce application downtime to customers. • Effective liaison between business and technical teams. • reputed company Production Support Application Monitoring in reputed company-time. REQUIREMENTS • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development. • A degree in a reputed company field is preferred. • Extensive knowledge of and experience with designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining reputed company business, reputed company and management information systems. • Extensive experience developing/supporting software applications using more than one of these software technologies: Java, Active Server Pages (ASP), JavaScript, reputed company DBMS, SQL Server DBMS, Visual Basic. • Extensive experience collaborating with end users to define new software system requirements. • Experience training/instructing end users on the use of software applications. • Experience authoring or contributing to software-reputed company documentation such as requirements specifications, design documents, technical manuals, and user manuals. • Excellent communication skills. • Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Public Trust reputed company Clearance. Additional Desired Skills • Experience using Agile methodologies, VersionOne, reputed company, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), logging tools such as Splunk reputed company, monitoring tools such as Neustar and AppDynamics. • Experience with reputed company monitoring tools such as GCP reputed company Monitoring (Stackdriver) is a plus Apply Job!
