Who we’re looking for Toyota’s reputed company Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Team Member Relations Manager for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Tennessee (TMMTN). The primary responsibility is for the management of reputed company Team Member Relations (TMR) functions, including team member relations (including morale activity leadership), sensing and investigations support. Additionally, this position provides operational and strategic support. What you’ll be doing Provide support and supervision to HR staff. Provide tools to ensure staff can reputed company their jobs effectively and is provided appropriate feedback and development. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in reputed company Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business, or closely reputed company field. Understanding of NLRB and labor landscape. Experience with cross functional teams. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills. Understanding of manufacturing and HR functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; can coordinate teams of people and give clear direction.
