What does a day in the life of a Content Moderator look like? ? As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible... for maintaining order and ensuring a positive and welcoming environment reputed company the community. ? Day-to-day duties will include monitoring conversations and enforcing community rules. ? Work closely with a team of developers and Content Moderators to ensure the server runs smoothly and the community has a great experience. ? Handle a large volume of user interactions and feedback. ? Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward users and colleagues at reputed company times ? Adheres to company policies and procedures ? Performs other duties as assigned What are the required qualifications of a Content Moderator? ? 4-year college degree or equivalent business experience. ? Familiarity with popular moderation bots such as Dyno, Xenon, AutoMod or Carl-bot. ? Good communication skills, both verbal and written ?
