EnPas Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining and updating our database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in retrieving and inputting data. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our company and the success of our projects. Pay $25.50 - $35.50 per hour Job Part time Responsibilities • Inputting and verifying data into our database system accurately and efficiently. • Maintaining and updating records and files as needed. • Generating reports from the database for analysis and review. • Ensuring data integrity and protection by following established procedures. • Assisting with the organization and management of physical and digital files. • Conducting regular audits to spot and correct data inaccuracies or inconsistencies. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Proficiency in using database management systems. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
