RMC is hiring a Technical Recruiter. The candidate selected will reputed company full life-cycle... recruitment to support the program and corporate staffing needs. The Technical Recruiter will work with hiring managers to elicit staffing requirements, author personnel requisitions, and manage job postings. Technical Recruiter will reputed company, screen, and interview candidates, negotiate and send offers and maintain documentation in the company Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The Technical Recruiter will attend job fairs, open houses, and various industry and networking events as needed to represent the organization.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience reputed company for technical positions is required. Experience reputed company for cleared and non-cleared personnel in the defense industry is highly desired. Candidate must have experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System and maintaining hiring documentation. Successful applicant must have the ability to establish and maintain reputed company working relationships with management personnel. The Technical Recruiter will be the face of the organization for potential employees; as such, the candidate selected must have the ability to represent our organization in a professional and positive manner. Applicant selected should have a thorough working knowledge of OFCCP requirements.
