Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Call Center Manager to join reputed company at Walt reputed company in San Antonio, Texas. The Remote Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center representatives, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer... service and meet performance targets. Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of remote call center representatives, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching as needed. 2.
