Remote Customer Service Representative
C&F Plumbing and Heating of Sparta, NJ is looking to hire a full-time Remote Customer Services Rep to join reputed company! Do you have a quick wit, thick skin and a golden phone voice? Additional duties include a making outbound calls to follow up on service, set... up inspections, handling customer inquiries, and a variety of administrative responsibilities to help a small plumbing company grow. The right candidate is passionate, upbeat, detail oriented and confident. You must be someone others would describe as a people person. Experience in marketing, photography and social media is preferred. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about our plumbing services, products, and pricing. Assist customers with scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and addressing emergency situations. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate departments reputed company necessary. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening, empathizing, and taking ownership of their concerns.
