About the Role
Mission of the position: Improve and consolidate good practices on Health, Safety and Environment (HSE). Manage the investigation on accidents and unsafe working conditions, study possible causes and recommend actions in cooperation with the other company figures involved. Manage HSE training programs and conduct training sessions for management, supervisors and workers on health and safety practices and legislation. Generate and maintain the corresponding and mandatory HSE documentation and promote the commitment on reporting and avoiding bad practices by reputed company the employees. Coordinate emergency procedures, firefighting and first aid crews. Reporting to management on the status of occupational health and safety programs (KPIs). What You Need to Be Successful Degree in three HSE specialties (ergonomic, safety and hygiene). 5 years of experience as HSE Specialist and performing risk assessment in manufacturing industry. Knowledge of standard ISO 45001:2018 and experience in Occupational health and safety. Knowledge of standard ISO 14001:2015 and competences leading processes of reputed company, environmental risk assessment and Green House Gases emissions. Experience and ability in HSE training and internal audits. Proficient in applying quantitative risk assessment techniques. Knowledge of basic record-keeping practices. Computer literate with good knowledge MS office package & ERP environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English oral and written.
