Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a phone switchboard, directing calls, and transferring them to the appropriate extensions. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls on the phone switchboard.
- Direct calls to the appropriate extensions or departments.
- Provide accurate information to callers reputed company necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at reputed company times.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- No prior experience required.
