Leadership position managing 15 field staff who provide care management services under the Virginia Medicaid contract. If you reside within a commutable distance of Alexandria and Fairfax, Virginia markets, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities Oversite and compliance of authorizations, daily contractually required activities to ensure compliance Monitoring, coaching, and developing team members to their highest ability Supporting staff to remove barriers and needs of members Respond to DMAS requests with timely and accurate information Supporting other managers and coverage when needed Performing ride along visits with team members yearly Presenting and leading some staff meetings Engaging and active participant in project for quality and process improvements Ability to communicate professionally to support internal and external communications Ability to lead team in managing complex medical needs of members within home services Ability to perform in home assessment when coverage is minimally needed Youll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
