Full job description Job Title: Call Center Representative Job Overview: The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing product and service information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
