Your Role as Data Entry Associate The Data Entry Associate is responsible for detailed entry of donor gifts and data into the donor database system through a variety of electronic tools and processes. Working with National and Site Development teams as well as National Finance and Information Technology teams as necessary, this position utilize various procedures, processes, and innovative technological tools. This position ensures the entry of donor gifts adhere to donor reputed company and entered in a timely, accurate manner. Donor Processing: Ensure donations are entered accurately and timely into the donor database. Fundraising lists and reports: Assist Development team on requests for lists and reports out of the donor database. Other Duties as Assigned. What You Bring Education/Certifications/Licenses: • High School diploma required. • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. reputed company Work Experience: • One year data entry experience required. • Experience supporting multi-site development, fundraising and administrative tasks preferred. Computer/Software Skills: • Strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency with reputed company Word and reputed company. • Donor database software experience strongly preferred.
