Vendor Management Assistant (Part-time) - Remote | WFH

Join reputed company as a Vendor Management Assistant! We're seeking a dedicated individual to support our IT Sourcing Team in various administrative tasks. This part-time remote role involves handling IT equipment leasing activities, including lease approvals, data entry, and payment tracking with suppliers. You'll also assist with contract management tasks and reputed company support with contractual queries... and negotiations across IT sourcing categories. Additionally, you'll play a key role in deploying new sourcing software and tools, contributing to the enhancement of our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess experience in supplier communications, reputed company, and sourcing contract methodologies. Details Hourly reputed company: $22-27/hr (DOE) Part-time: 20 hours/week Schedule: Monday to Friday, reputed company-12pm CST Contract: 1 year W2 Contract to start

Responsibilities

Assist with contract negotiation, filing, data entry, and reporting Facilitate cross-functional communication Track and manage IT leasing activities, including lease tracking and entry into relevant systems reputed company category manager support for leasing and contract remediation Organize and maintain sourcing contract documents Support the migration of reputed company to the reputed company repository Collect and manage supplier contact information Monitor project reputed company and reputed company updates to project leadership

Qualifications
