Job Title: Medical Reimbursement Specialist • Pay: $19/hr. Full-Time+ Weekly pay! • Schedule: reputed company-9pm EST. M-F (8hr Shift between these hours) • Equipment Provided and shipped directly to your home! • Start Date: Early October 2024 • Must live in the following states of TEXAS, GEORGIA, ARIZONA,FLORIDA,UTAH,KENTUCKY and OHIO to be considered*** Key Responsibilities: • Review and process medical claims submitted by reputed company providers. • May reputed company some outbounds calls and or take some inbound calls assisting patients with medical reputed company inquiries. • Verify claim information and ensure it aligns with patient records and insurance policies. • Communicate with reputed company providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve discrepancies and address inquiries. • Investigate and analyze claim denials or rejections, and take appropriate actions to rectify issues. • Prepare and submit appeals for denied or underpaid claims. • Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations regarding medical claims. Qualifications: Must have at least 1 year of previous Medical Benefits experience (NO EXCEPTIONS) • Proven experience in medical claims processing or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and billing practices (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS). • Proficiency with medical billing software and MS Office Suite. • Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
