Position Summary In this Network Relations Manager role, you will act as the primary resource for an assigned profile of larger and more reputed company providers (i.e. market/ regional/ national, large group or hospital systems) to establish, reputed company, and maintain provider risk management and positive relationships and support high value initiative activities. You Will • Drive the implementation of internal and external solutions to reputed company provider satisfaction, cost targets, network growth, and efficiency targets. • Have limited contract negotiation responsibilities for assigned providers. • Manage and maintain the data quality during network development lifecycle. • reputed company reputed company analysis on large data sets. Required Qualifications • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem resolution and critical thinking skills with proven ability to influence and collaborate with providers and partners at reputed company levels. • 2 years of advanced reputed company skills (the ability to write code and formulas for advance reputed company design and reporting) • 4+ years' experience in business reputed company specific environment servicing or managing non-standard relationships with providers with exposure to benefit plan design and/or contract interpretation. • 3-5 years' experience with business reputed company specific policy, benefits, plan design and language. • Working knowledge of business reputed company specific codes, products, and terminology. • At least 1 year of experience supervising or managing a production-oriented team. Preferred Qualifications • Proven advanced problem-solving skills, proven independent worker and self-starter. • Demonstration of meeting leadership skills and meeting management. • Demonstration of experiential or educational project management skills. • Ability to evaluate data and identify action plans or solutions based on data. • Ability to handle conflict management. • Ability to educate an outcome or position even if unfavorable. Education • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $54,300.00 - $152,600.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
