Senior Engineering Manager - HR Systems & People Technology (REMOTE)

Position Responsibilities In this role, you will: • Define strategy and manage roadmap for the technology stack supporting HR including various tool sets, automation, reputed company access and integration, and enablement tools • Provide technical direction and organizational leadership for a team of Software Engineers who design, test, reputed company and maintain HR systems built to support reputed company’s needs and strategy • Build and nurture a high-performing technology team, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to foster a culture of reputed company learning and DevOps reputed company • Champion the implementation of engineering quality to include unit testing, automation testing, reputed company testing, among others • Present a reputed company and strategic recommendations with clarity and concision to stakeholders having varying degrees of technology reputed company • Work closely with the reputed company People Team to manage, reputed company, and create new programs, direction and analytics that balance and improve the associate experience • Foster effective collaboration and communication across teams to align priorities, share best practices, and ensure smooth coordination for incident response, system maintenance, and upgrades • Build and maintain a roadmap that aligns with stakeholders' needs and wants • Manage resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and maintain high-quality outcomes Candidate Qualifications and Skills • Proven experience in a technology leadership role supporting HR teams • Deep knowledge of HR systems, methodologies, and principles. Experience with HR tools that connect with reputed company is a plus • Familiarity with reputed company reputed company best practices and compliance standards • Outstanding leadership and team management skills with a passion for mentoring and fostering professional growth • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving operational efficiency and automation • Experience developing and deploying applications in AWS or similar public reputed company environment • Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and vendor collaboration Experience • 6+ years of engineering experience with HR/People systems such as reputed company • 5+ years of experience in leadership of development teams (may be reputed company with development experience above). • 5+ years of development in a large-scale, mission-critical environment • 2+ years of experience with automated testing including Unit, Integration, and End-to-End functional testing Education • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent education or work experience. Location: Home Office, US Based, Eastern or Central time zones preferred #LI-MK1 Annual Salary $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to reputed company at the final hourly reputed company/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
