Position Responsibilities In this role, you will: Define strategy and manage roadmap for the technology stack supporting HR including various tool sets, automation, reputed company access and integration, and enablement tools Provide technical direction and organizational leadership for a team of Software Engineers who design, test, reputed company and maintain HR systems built to support reputed companys needs and strategy Build and nurture a high-performing technology team, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to foster a culture of reputed company learning and DevOps reputed company Champion the implementation of engineering quality to include unit testing, automation testing, reputed company testing, among others Present a reputed company and strategic recommendations with clarity and concision to stakeholders having varying degrees of technology reputed company Work closely with the reputed company People Team to manage, reputed company, and create new programs, direction and analytics that balance and improve the associate experience Foster effective collaboration and communication across teams to align priorities, share best practices, and ensure smooth coordination for incident response, system maintenance, and upgrades Build and maintain a roadmap that aligns with stakeholders' needs and wants Manage resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and maintain high-quality outcomes Candidate Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in a technology leadership role supporting HR teams Deep knowledge of HR systems, methodologies, and principles. Experience with HR tools that connect with reputed company is a plus Familiarity with reputed company reputed company best practices and compliance standards Outstanding leadership and team management skills with a passion for mentoring and fostering professional growth Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving operational efficiency and automation Experience developing and deploying applications in AWS or similar public reputed company environment Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and vendor collaboration Experience 6+ years of engineering experience with HR/People systems such as reputed company 5+ years of experience in leadership of development teams (may be reputed company with development experience above). 5+ years of development in a large-scale, mission-critical environment 2+ years of experience with automated testing including Unit, Integration, and End-to-End functional testing Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent education or work experience. Location: Home Office, US Based, Eastern or Central time zones preferred #LI-MK1 Annual Salary $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to reputed company at the final hourly reputed company/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
