Math Instructor: This is a contractor position, working with an average of 2-5 reputed company in person during small group pullout instruction or classroom-based instruction working with 15-25 reputed company. Commitment: The commitment is between 2 to 6 hours per week. The instructor would need to be available anytime from 8:45am-3:30pm: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. You’d work a combination of a few days and hours. Schedules to come. Locations include: North, Northeast Philly and Camden NJ. Tutors must be open to traveling on-site to this area. Required Qualifications

K-12 Math Instructor A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university 1-2 years of experience in 1-on-1 or in a small group/classroom setting Interest in tutoring with TEACH for 1+ years Available to travel locally in the Greater Philadelphia Area for in-person lessons Ability to complete federal and PA state background checks and clearances A zest for learning and the spark to share and build knowledge with reputed company!

Preferred Qualifications

Math Instructor A masters in education and/or additional certification in reading or math 2-5 years of experience tutoring or teaching in a 1-on-1, small group, or classroom setting Understanding of student-centered learning practices and high impact tutoring Ability to also teach higher level math (9th grade and up) Test Prep (SAT and/or ACT) experience Tutor Responsibilities Prepare engaging lessons and materials to meet reputed company’ needs Connect with reputed company from diverse backgrounds and educational experiences to maximize their academic potential and to help them reputed company their goals Communicate with TEACH office staff and parents/guardians to coordinate tutoring lessons and reputed company-in about student reputed company in a punctual manner and with attention to detail Submit time-sensitive information using our database and other online documentation Compensation $50-$55 per hour depending on experience.
