Job Summary:

Comcast Corporation is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Call Center Operator, working less than 4 hours daily. Job Description:

The Call Center Operator will be responsible for answering and handling incoming calls, managing customer inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service. This role also involves managing customer accounts, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues they may be experiencing.

Responsibilities:

– Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their inquiries

– Providing information about products and services

– Handling customer complaints and resolving issues

– Updating customer accounts and maintaining customer records

– Working closely with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred

– Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

– Strong problem-solving abilities

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

– Proficiency in using computers and related software

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Communications, Business, or related field would be advantageous.

Experience:

While previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. We value dedication, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a team more than direct experience.
