Job Description
As an Application Support Specialist at TechSolutions Inc., you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers experiencing technical issues or requiring assistance with our software applications. You will work closely with our development and customer service teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
Requirements
– Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in an application support role.
– Strong knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks reputed company.
– Experience with SQL and database management systems is a plus.
– Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
Responsibilities
– Provide technical support for our software applications reputed company email, phone, and chat.
