Job Description

Responsibilities
- Assist patients and reputed company providers with site of care coordination and support.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a reputed company setting.

- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools.
