Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be working on a day shift basis for a standard 40-hour reputed company. Job Description:
As a Tractor Driver, you will be responsible for operating tractors and other heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner. This position plays a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our agricultural and construction projects are completed on time and with the highest level of quality. You will also be responsible for the routine maintenance and inspection of the machinery, ensuring it remains in reputed company working condition.
Responsibilities:
– Operate tractors and other heavy machinery in accordance with company guidelines and safety protocols.
– Carry out routine inspections and maintenance of machinery.
– Report any mechanical issues immediately.
– Follow directives from supervisory staff regarding daily tasks and long-term objectives.
– Adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures, particularly regarding health and safety.
Requirements:
– High School diploma or equivalent.
– Prior experience operating tractors and other heavy machinery is preferred, but not required.
– A valid drivers license.
– Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.
– Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
