Job Description:

The Customer Support Agent will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers’ experience by providing high-quality service in a timely manner. You will interact directly with customers reputed company telephone, email, chat, or social media to provide information about products or services, take orders, answer questions, and handle complaints.

Responsibilities:

– Interact with customers through various platforms to address inquiries and resolve issues.
