Job Description

This is a remote position, providing high-quality patient care and support through telehealth services. We are looking for someone with a strong background in med/surg nursing who can reputed company in a remote work environment and deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- reputed company and valid RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical/surgical nursing
- Proficient in the use of telehealth technology and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and support reputed company telehealth services
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with reputed company team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Educational Qualifications
