Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Customer-oriented and patient demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, reputed company phone, email, or chat.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field is preferred.
