IT Compliance Engineer-Hybrid in West Palm

SNI Technology is looking for an experienced engineer who has gone through several audits from the governing body of the compliance standard they were responsible for meeting Engineer will have several years of experience writing policy/procedure documentation, be well versed in the typical components of any modern compliance standard ... Duties/Responsibilities: • Ensure systems are configured to meet recognized “best practice” throughout the industry for secure configuration • Ensure systems remain complaint with all applicable governing bodies • Develop/implement IT Security test plans, compensating controls, policies and procedures • Monitor/react to IT Security logs and alerts • Coordinate with vendors and project team members to complete tasks as assigned for ongoing projects • Assist with change management process; Escalate issues to management Experience: • 3+ years of experience in an IT Security, Information Assurance or Compliance role; 5+ years of experience in IT • Understanding of 1 or more compliance governing bodies; CJIS, HIPAA, PCI, SOX, etc • Understanding of 1 or more Cybersecurity Frameworks; NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, Center for Information Security (CIS) Benchmarks • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy • Experience generating, updating and maintaining policy and procedure documentation • Experience with creating, modifying and updating network diagrams with Microsoft Visio or similar • Experience with PKI, MFO, SSO Apply Job!
