Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls for dealership clients, providing top-notch customer service. • Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor while assisting customers. • Work effectively in a team-based environment to achieve common goals. • Schedule service appointments and address basic inquiries. • Update and manage customer and vehicle information accurately. • Resolve customer concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer standards. • Conduct outbound calls using pre-designed scripts for service/sales follow-up. • Comply with company policies related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts. What We’re Looking For: • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • A quiet, distraction-free workplace. • High-speed internet and a compatible wired headset. • Proficient typing skills (minimum of 35 words per minute). • Previous customer service experience is required.
