Currently, we're in search of a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. As a BDR, your main objective will be to spearhead sales initiatives, cultivate our client base, and secure new business within the roofing and contractor... sector. Your role entails coordinating 25 qualified discovery calls monthly, primarily through self-sourced opportunities. We are particularly interested in individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and prioritize action. This position offers a clear advancement path, typically within six to nine months, to the role of Growth Consultant. The BDR position has an OTE of $52,000 and is commission-only. However, the Growth Consultants can expect an OTE of is over one hundred and twenty thousand. Unlike other firms, our track record shows that 60% of our Growth Consultants have progressed through this program. Join us at Sales Transformation Group (STG) and turn your potential into a promising career trajectory. https://www.salestransformationgroup.com/ To see more watch this video: https://www.salestransformationgroup.com/recruiting/ Responsibilities: • Making a high volume of outbound calls each day • Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company (20 Qualified Discovery meetings completed per month) • Contacting and qualifying potential customers • Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting pipeline goals. • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop strategies for reaching pipeline targets • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management. Requirements: • Must successfully pass our sales evaluation reviewing the top 21 sales core competencies. • Ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse customer profiles. • Strong persuasive selling abilities, with a customer-centric approach. • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly with the GC team. • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales productivity tools.
