This involves traveling throughout the warehouse's pick area and building stable pallets of products while meeting safety, accuracy, and efficiency expectations. Duties & Responsibilities: • Retrieve and place product quantities onto pre-determined pallets according to the pick ticket instructions, ensuring safety and stability. • Transport pallets of stacked products to different warehouse areas using a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) - Pallet Jack. • Assist in warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping tasks as needed. • Perform daily PIT checklist and report any issues to Warehouse Management. • Correct any mistakes identified by the checker regarding product and quantity. • Perform miscellaneous activities to support efficient warehouse operations. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, walking, and repetitively lifting 30 lbs. • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. • Collaborate effectively within a team environment. • Coordinate and organize efficient warehouse processes. • Adapt to different work areas throughout the workday and meet role expectations. • Read and interpret instructions from a computer screen. • Attention to detail and ability to differentiate packages. • Work in a noisy and non-climate-controlled environment (hot in summer, cold in winter). • Proactive self-starter with initiative and flexibility in schedules and hours. Minimum Qualifications: • Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience. • PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification: Pallet Jack.
