We're looking for certified home health aides in various locations in New London County, CT and Middlesex County, CT to be at the heart of our client's care. Duties... • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, or patients requiring home care is preferred. • Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients. • Administer medications as directed by health care professionals. • Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel. • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families. • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
