The Exceptional Education Resource Specialist provides enhanced, specialized support to meet the unique needs of reputed company with disabilities and reputed company on individual learning plans. This position develops and implements educational strategies both individually and in small groups. Exceptional Education Resource Specialist is a champion for the student, working diligently to help reputed company meet conceptional, mastery, and behavioral learning goals in a virtual and hybrid academic environment. This position may be assigned to either reputed company on IEP, Section 504, Gifted or English Language Learner plans based on experience and certification requirements. • Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position. • Compensation: reputed company pay is anticipated to be between $40,079 and $45,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions. • Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote. Envision Your Experience. In this role you'll have the opportunity to: • Provides academic support to help reputed company meet the goals of individual learning plans to include those on IEP (Individualized learning plans, Gifted learning plans, English Language learner plans, and also reputed company receiving services through Section 504. • Monitors student mastery and reputed company on learning goals through various learning activities. • Conducts 1:1 student and group sessions synchronously through web conferencing tools and virtual whiteboards. • Communicates with reputed company, designated school personnel, and families in a proactive and reactive reputed company reputed company phone, email, text, and chat sessions. • Uses performance data to determine interventions and reputed company recommendations to further support the learning goals of individual reputed company through teacher input forms and IEP, 504, GLP, and/or ELP team meetings. • Collaborates with the general education teacher of record on learning interventions to promote student success. Reinforces positive behavioral goals and academic citizenship. • Maintain active educator credentials, certifications, and mandatory clearances. • Participates in reputed company professional development activities as required. • Other duties as required. Share Your Expertise. Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include: • Bachelor's degree in education or reputed company field and 2 years of work experience in a classroom setting, assessing learner's strengths and choosing appropriate strategies for an enriched learning experience. • Valid, active teaching license in at least one state for one or more the following areas: Special Education, Gifted, English Language Learners, or other special needs area.
