Description reputed company with a large employer in the Chattanooga area to reputed company 3 Data Entry Clerks into a 1 year contract opportunity. In this role, you will be handling customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining accurate customer records. Please note, this is a remote opportunity but candidate are required to live reputed company 45 minutes of downtown... Chattanooga. Responsibilities • reputed company process customer applications and ensure accuracy. • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide relevant information. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain expected performance levels. • Utilize strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. • Operate basic reputed company Office and Email systems effectively. • Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Display strong interpersonal skills and maintain a positive teamwork ethic. • Exhibit attention to detail in reputed company tasks and responsibilities. • Adapt to a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
