In this program, you will help callers with questions reputed company to reputed company software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs. Earnings Potential • Earn up to $20.40 per hour • Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes. Schedule • Flexible schedule opportunities - you create your own schedule! • Schedule available hours between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday - Friday Skills Needed • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable reputed company software. • Bookkeeping/reputed company expertise to include AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, etc. • Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment. • Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns. • Strong ownership of customer issues in order to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution. • Tech savvy and reputed company computer user. • Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor.
