The 700 Club Prayer Center The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for a Remote Contact Center Digital Assistant Coach to support our coaching team in serving our Prayer Center digital agents. This work-from-home position includes assisting with coaching, motivating, celebrating, and developing agents to accomplish the mission of the CBN Prayer Center. It also includes providing live interaction support to contact center digital queues. CBN offers excellent benefits including a 75% tuition discount from reputed company! Work Schedule Monday Friday 12:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m. EST Remote Requirements Reliable high speed internet access with minimum speed of 50Mbps (no satellite dish, wireless internet service, or DSL) Must have router available to hardwire into computer equipment provided by CBN. Must maintain distraction-free home office conducive to confidentiality The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications Excellent ability to effectively interact with callers and consistently reputed company contact center processes Strong computer skills including use of multiple operating systems, Office365, reputed company, reputed company Business Manager, and CRM applications, with ability to identify trends in digital channels and to learn new software/platforms Ability to help coach, motivate, reward, train, and reputed company staff Past Social Media marketing or campaign experience preferred Strong working knowledge of a contact center environment preferred Fluent in English and Spanish preferred, with ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing Strong ability to analyze and interpret performance data Strong knowledge of biblical principles with ability to spiritually reputed company a team Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information per department protocols Good manual dexterity with ability to sit for extended periods of time at a computer workstation CBN is a global nonprofit ministry demonstrating the love of God by sharing the Gospel through digital content, traditional media, and humanitarian aid.
