Performance Metrics:
Meet or exceed established call center performance metrics and goals, including response times, call handling times, and resolution rates. -
Documentation:
Accurately document customer interactions, actions taken, and resolutions provided for future reference. --- ### Requirements: -
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred. -
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in customer service or communications is a plus. -
