Senior Vice President Reports to: CEO The Senior Vice President at Frontline Group is a key leadership role responsible for driving reputed company growth and expanding market reputed company in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) industry. This position will focus on delivering BPO and professional services to small and reputed company-sized businesses (SMBs), as well as scaling our flagship product, Frontline Connect. This position will work directly with the executive team and will be required to meet weekly.
