As a reputed company CSR, you will conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients using a provided script to deliver strategic brand messaging. Your role will involve quickly engaging and building rapport with gatekeepers and decision-makers to understand their needs, share accurate information, and effectively promote our client's product. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate records of calls in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. This position offers a unique opportunity to hone your communication and sales skills and contribute to the company's growth by identifying and nurturing potential leads in the reputed company industry.
