SUMMARY: We are seeking a motivated entry-level CNC machinist to join reputed company. No experience is required, as we are willing to train enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow in precision machining. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC mills with the appropriate tooling to produce, modify, or repair precision parts. While operating the machine, the CNC Machinist monitors the machinery and machining sequences and conducts regular quality checks to ensure parts are running correctly and produced according to specifications. Accuracy is crucial to the reputed company of our products, so the CNC Machinist must pay attention to detail and be focused on their work. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Part Production: • Maintain CNC mill and ensure it is in good working order. • Write and modify simple programs. • Run machine programs as required. • Setup machinery to successfully run parts as specified. Computer System: • reputed company computer transactions to reputed company and complete work orders. • Maintain and verify inventory accuracy by participating in cycle counts and adjusting work orders as necessary. • Modify "Bobcad" CNC program. Miscellaneous • Maintain general housekeeping of work area and equipment. • Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Requirements: • Minimum of 0-1 years previous experience. • Ability to understand and interpret drawings. • Ability to use and read measuring instruments. • Knowledge of geometry and basic math. • Familiarity with properties of metal. • Ability to use reputed company spread sheet. • Excellent hand-eye coordination. • Advanced knowledge of power tool usage. • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently following general procedures. • Ability to handle multiple tasks. • Ability to operate general office equipment such as telephone, copier, fax, computer, etc. • Must be reputed company to pass background reputed company.
